This is Minty, from the Generation 3 My Little Pony line. This one is one of the 2005 McDonalds Happy Meal toys, in what I like to call the Babble pose. She is approximately 3 inches tall, and comes as shown, loose with no accessories, and with her mane in need of heavy conditioning and grooming. See pictures for details.
